our story 

charhause cookie is a gluten-free micro-bakery and cafe. yes, everything is gluten-free but we promise, you would never know. 

currently located in bolton, connecticut, charhause cookie started as as a couple macarons in kate's kitchen while working her corporate job; just trying to find some joy in a stressful environment. little did she know, but people would love her macarons and be asking for more. 

because of her loyal supporters, she was able to quit her corporate job and grow charhause into what it is today- a place to find some joy for everyone. whether you're gluten free or just looking for a place to gather with some friends, charhause cookie is the place to be.
