yes! charhause is a completely gluten free facility. there is no need to worry about cross contamination and everything on the menu is made for our gluten free community. that being said, we promise you would never know!
we are a very small bakery that produces a limited quantity of high-quality, artisanal gluten free baked goods. Leigh is our main baker and Kate is our macaron master; these two ladies know how to pack a punch but can only do so much. we focuse on local, fresh ingredients and direct sales to customers; essentially, a small-scale bakery with a strong emphasis on quality and community connection. we do not sell breads and are not doing wholesale at this time.

we try to accomodate as many people as we can. that being said, we try to have a dairy free and vegan option in our pastry case daily. additionally, we have a fully vegan breakfast sammie, all of our breads are vegan, and we offer dairy substitutions for our bevvies. in our pastry case, we mark the following allergens- dairy, soy, nuts, and eggs and have an allergen binder for all items upon request. we unfortunately are unable to offer sugar free items at this time.
